Privacy Policy | Your Data Protection Matters

Last updated: October 2026

of01.prideseotools.com ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website, application, browser extension, or any related services (collectively, the "Services").

Information We Collect

We collect different types of data depending on how you interact with our Services:

Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password.
  • Billing Information: Payment details processed via third-party providers (we do not store full credit card numbers).
  • Communication: Any messages or inquiries you send to us.

Automatically Collected Data

  • Usage Data: Information about your interaction with the Services (pages visited, features used, etc.).
  • Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and similar technical information.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Cookies and similar technologies are used to improve functionality and analyze usage.

YouTube Data

If you link your YouTube account, we collect data permitted via Google APIs, including:

  • Channel information (channel name, ID, stats)
  • Video metadata and performance statistics (views, watch time, etc.)
  • Analytics reports as allowed by YouTube API scopes

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the YouTube API Services Developer Policy, including the requirements for Limited Use.

You may revoke access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google account permissions.

YouTube API Services

1of10 uses YouTube API Services to retrieve and display data about public YouTube videos and channels. Our use and transfer of information received from YouTube API Services adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

By using 1of10, you also agree to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy, available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

You can manage the data 1of10 accesses via the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en.

AI Assistants and the 1of10 API

You can connect 1of10 to AI assistants such as Claude (by Anthropic) and ChatGPT (by OpenAI), and to other apps that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), through our MCP server. Developers can also use our API with an API key. When you connect an assistant, you sign in to 1of10 and choose the 1of10 account it may use; the assistant can then use 1of10's features on that account on your behalf.

What We Receive and Store

  • Connection details: the app you connected (its name and, when available, its verified domain), the 1of10 account and user who approved it, and when it was approved and last used. Access tokens, refresh tokens and API keys are stored only in hashed form.
  • Requests: the parameters the assistant sends to a 1of10 tool, such as a search topic, a YouTube video or channel, or a title idea. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant, its memory, or your files.
  • Activity: for each request, the tool used, whether it succeeded, how long it took and the connected app. We use it to secure the Services, apply usage limits and improve features, and keep it only as long as necessary for these purposes.
  • Generations: titles, ideas, thumbnails and edits you start from an assistant are saved in your 1of10 history, as if you had started them in the app.

What the Assistant Receives

The results of your requests: data about public YouTube videos and channels (titles, thumbnails, views, outlier scores), your account's plan and remaining credits, and your linked channels, trackers, saved folders and generations. The assistant's provider processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy, for example Anthropic's for Claude and OpenAI's for ChatGPT.

Your Controls

You can disconnect an assistant or revoke an API key at any time from the "Claude & ChatGPT" page of the 1of10 app, or disconnect it from the assistant itself. Disconnecting revokes its access immediately. Access tokens expire after one hour, and refresh tokens after 30 days without use. Deleting your 1of10 account removes its connections and API keys.

If you have connected your YouTube account to 1of10, you can revoke 1of10's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en.
